Mandarin Speaking NOC System Support Engineer - Relocation to Malta (Europe)

Recruiter4You has been tasked by a startup within a reputable group to find a Chinese-speaking NOC System Support Engineer willing to relocate to Malta and join the team at their new office.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor system and network services to ensure maximum availability and performance
• Analyze and troubleshoot network and system issues
• Communicate with various stakeholders and track problems through to resolution

Core Duties:

• Monitor systems and network services using various tools
• Troubleshoot network and system issues following standard procedures
• Track and document all issues and resolutions
• Report incidents to management or other resources when necessary
• Maintain communication within the team and with stakeholders

Skills and Technologies:

• Knowledge of DNS management and Domain Name System
• Experience with Linux systems and web servers (Apache & NGINX)
• Basic understanding of networking and internet protocols
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and ITIL methodology is advantageous

Requirements:

• Chinese language proficiency for communication with clients
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• Ability to multitask and work well in a team environment
• Customer-focused with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn new technologies
• Comfortable working in a 12-hour rotating shift environment
