Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary responder for high-severity production incidents.
Troubleshoot application issues by analyzing system logs and managing support tickets.
Support enterprise customers with REST API troubleshooting and data flow analysis.
Monitor application, server, and infrastructure performance using tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, or Datadog.
Collaborate with engineering teams to identify recurring issues and improve platform reliability.
Document incident resolutions, system configurations, SOPs, and knowledge base articles to support operational excellence.

Your Profile & DNA:

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary responder for high-severity production incidents.
  • Troubleshoot application issues by analyzing system logs and managing support tickets.
  • Support enterprise customers with REST API troubleshooting and data flow analysis.
  • Monitor application, server, and infrastructure performance using tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, or Datadog.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to identify recurring issues and improve platform reliability.
  • Document incident resolutions, system configurations, SOPs, and knowledge base articles to support operational excellence.


Qualification & Experience

  • A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.

Required Skills

  • Experience in application support, production support, or technical operations.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs and API troubleshooting.
  • Experience analyzing logs and resolving production issues.
  • Familiarity with incident management and ticketing systems.
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools such as:
  • Zabbix
  • Grafana
  • Datadog
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting enterprise or SaaS applications.
  • Knowledge of SQL and database troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, ITIL, or DevOps practices.
