Role and Responsibilities
- Develop and Write RFP Responses: Develop highly detailed, persuasive, and tailored responses to requests for proposals, requests for information, and other client questions.
- Enhancing the Content Library for RFPs: Continuously improve the RFP content library by incorporating feedback and lessons learned from previous responses to enhance future documents.
- Collaboration with SMEs: Coordinate with company Subject Matter Experts internally to acquire accurate information and create cohesive narratives that address client needs and showcase the organization’s value proposition.
- Know the Services: Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s services, solutions, and differentiators in the global mobility space to effectively communicate the company’s strengths.
- RFP Process Management: Lead the entire RFP process, from reviewing requirements and coordinating response efforts to ensuring final documents comply with client specifications and meet submission deadlines.
- Collaborative Work Environment: Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
- Stay Current on Industry Trends: Stay current with industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in RFP writing and global mobility.
- Number of RFPs Handled: Manage multiple RFPs simultaneously by prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience as a successful RFP Writer, preferably within the relocation, global mobility, or a related industry.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with precise attention to detail.
- High proficiency in English; additional language skills in French, German, Spanish, or Mandarin are highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and RFP automation software (Qvidian).
- Proficiency in using AI to improve the writing process.
