Product Owner / Manager $120k+

We are looking for a badass, experienced Product Owner to join our growing team at Gamdom, a leading crypto casino. As a Product Owner, you'll get to translate player needs and business goals into a thriving online platform that fuels continued growth.

Responsibilities:

- Lead with innovative ideas to streamline product development and improve timelines.

- Take ownership of the product's success by managing risks, addressing issues, and driving continuous improvement in game quality and player experience.

- Manage the product backlog, prioritising features that deliver the most impact for both users and the business.

- Lead the development team through Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups) to ensure efficient delivery of game features and improvements.

- Ensure user stories meet acceptance criteria, are prioritised according to the roadmap, and align with the team's capacity.

- Partner with the development team to continuously update the roadmap and tasks, fostering clear communication across all contributors.

- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with various departments to refine processes.

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role within the gaming or Fintech/crypto industries, specifically B2C

- Strong analytical abilities and an understanding of crypto market trends.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for successful collaboration with the team and stakeholders.

- Data-driven decision-making mindset.

- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in Agile tools like Jira.

- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
