Job description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented freelance graphic designer to develop visually-engaging reports and marketing materials for projects and campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a portfolio showcasing their design skills and experience in creating impactful audio-visual content, adhering to brand guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Design and layout of reports, ensuring clarity and visual appeal.
- Create graphics, infographics, and charts to illustrate data effectively.
- Collaborate with the team to develop visual assets for communication campaigns, including social media content for various platforms, ensuring visual consistency and engaging visuals.
- Design impactful marketing collateral (leaflets, pull-up banner, postcards, etc.) that maintain brand integrity and effectively convey key messaging.
- Ensure all designs align with our brand guidelines and messaging.
- Revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders and adhere to deadlines.
- Stay updated on design trends and best practices to enhance our visual communication.
Experience + qualifications
- Minimum of three years of experience in graphic design, advertising, or visual marketing.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality design work with a portfolio demonstrating design skills and creativity in areas such as report design, marketing collateral and social media audio-visual content.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Canva - Premiere Pro a plus.
Knowledge + skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a remote team.
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills, able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and take constructive feedback.
- Detail-oriented with strong literacy skills and a commitment to quality.
