We are looking for a UX Designer for 3 to 5 months of project who can work fully remote.

Responsibilities

• Test different ideas with customers to refine and validate product direction through
  
  

UX research, UI design, and prototyping.

• Understand users' workflows and pain points, deliver a positive experience for users
  
  

in the medical and healthcare space.

• Present design solutions and help implement technical UX solutions.
• Lead the user experience of a product from inception through implementation with a
  
  

high level of influence.

• Create wireframes, high-fidelity UIs, and prototypes to design solutions that meet the
  
  

needs of key personas (e.g., healthcare professionals, patients, healthcare

administrators, etc.).

• Collaborate with product managers, development teams, stakeholders, and
  
  

customers to deliver user-centered design.

• Create design assets and design guidelines, and deliver them to stakeholders
  
  

including development teams.

• Use design evaluation during development to maintain design quality and iteratively
  
  

improve the look of our products based on user feedback and UX research.

Core Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in digital product design
• A portfolio (in any format) that demonstrates your ability to design successful
  
  

products.

• Interest in and understanding of the medical and healthcare sector
• Experience in complex platform environments, experience in early product
  
  

development, experience using design to drive product strategy, experience in

healthcare-related fields

• Experience conducting UX research and testing, leveraging qualitative and
  
  

quantitative data to make product and design decisions

• Experience working closely with development teams
• User centered design experience
• Experience of clearly presenting design work to clients and key stakeholders and
  
  

applying strategic thinking to effectively convince them of the value of key solutions

• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders to set goals, share progress, and influence
  
  

outcomes

• Problem-solving skills to come up with design solutions to complex problems that
  
  

may arise throughout the product development process

• Ability to communicate and accept constructive feedback
• Ability to speak English at a professional level
• Proficient in German UX Writing
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Have seen products through the entire process from inception to market and up and
  
  

running

• Experience designing products in highly regulated environments, including
  
  

healthcare.

• Product design experience across multiple platforms, including web and app
