【Condition】
Employment Type: Permanent
Trial period: 6 months
Estimated annual income: ¥6M - ¥8M
Work location: Tokyo or Full remote work(However, they expect you to come to work at least 2-3 days a week for the first month of employment.)
Working hours: Flextime system (basic working hours: 9:00~18:00 / 10:00~19:00),
Core time 11:00~15:00, flexible hours 5:00~11:00, 15:00~22:00
Holidays: 2 days a week (Saturdays and Sundays), national holidays
Vacation: Summer vacation, year-end and New Year holidays, and other vacations available
Measures against passive smoking: No smoking indoors

【Details】
You will be responsible for the following tasks
1) User research, requirement analysis, and creation of customer experiences in cooperation with new business promotion members
(2) Creating visuals suitable for the service
(3) UI design and creation of guidelines and various documents
【Requirements】
- Experience in product UI/UX design*
- Japanese level N1 or above
*You will be asked to submit your portfolio when you apply.

- Experience in UI/UX design of SaaS and web applications for BtoB
