UX/UI Designer
💰 Up to £50,000 plus £4K bonus, split quarterly
📍 Home based with one day per month in the London office (unless you want to go in more!)
Company & role
This role sits within the CTO Office of a global IT managed services provider that is investing in building out its own suite of digital products. It is a genuine product design role, not an agency style delivery seat, focused on shaping intuitive, accessible and visually strong user experiences across the platforms the team is building.
This is a mid level hire joining a software function of around 30 people, working closely with Product Managers and Engineers to translate user and business needs into design solutions that are practical, consistent and technically feasible. Figma is central to how the team works, particularly for AI driven design work, taking early stage concepts and prototypes generated through modern tooling such as Lovable and Figma Make, then refining and evolving them into polished, production ready designs.
Why This Role Stands Out
- Almost fully remote setup with only one day a month required in London
- You will be designing real products used at scale, not endless client work
- Genuine opportunity to shape how Figma is used for AI driven design work within a modern product team
- Space to raise the visual bar across the platforms, not just push tickets through Figma
- Joining an established software team of around 30, large enough to offer proper structure and peer support, small enough that your work has visible impact
- Sits within the CTO Office, giving you visibility and influence over how design contributes to the wider product direction
