downloads exceed 150M, we are operating in more than 700+ cities in 46 countries.


We are seeking for a B2B Team lead (couriers) that will lead the development and execution of sales strategy within this vase region, overseeing key customers, projects, fostering collaboration and growing a team.


Responsibilities

Planning and Goal Setting:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational sales targets in the MENA region with a focus on Kazakhstan.
  • Set clear, achievable sales goals and objectives for the team, aligning them with the company's overall business strategy.

Resource Management and Budget Utilization:

  • Efficiently allocate resources and manage budgets to maximize sales performance and return on investment.
  • Monitor and control expenses to ensure they align with the approved budget and contribute to the company's financial goals.

Team Development and Market Growth:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to enhance their skills, performance, and career growth.
  • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to expand the company's presence and market share in the MENA region, particularly in Kazakhstan.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies, ensuring cohesive and effective campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Actively seek out and develop new business opportunities, expanding the client base and driving revenue growth.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management.
  • Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies and improve sales processes, ensuring continuous improvement and achievement of sales targets.


Requirements

B2B Sales Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in courier services or logistics.
  • Proven experience working in the MENA region, with a particular focus on Kazakhstan.

Market and Client Knowledge:

  • Deep understanding of the market characteristics and trends in the courier services industry within the MENA region and Kazakhstan.
  • Ability to analyze client needs and preferences, and offer solutions that meet their expectations.

Sales Management Skills:

  • Successful track record of managing the entire sales cycle, including client acquisition, negotiation, deal closing, and post-sales service.
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve and exceed set targets.

Marketing Channels Knowledge:

  • Experience in utilizing various marketing channels to attract B2B clients, including online (social media, search engine marketing, email marketing), offline (exhibitions, conferences, meetings), and others.
  • Skills in developing and executing marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and attracting new clients.

Data and Analytics Skills:

  • Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to make informed decisions and optimize sales and marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of tools and technologies for data analysis (e.g., CRM systems, analytics platforms).

Communication and Negotiation Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Russian.
  • Ability to conduct successful negotiations at all levels of the client organization.

Proactivity and Leadership Qualities:

  • Ability to work in a multitasking environment and quickly adapt to market changes.
  • Initiative and the ability to make independent decisions aimed at achieving company goals.

Education and Professional Training:

  • Higher education in business, marketing, logistics, or related fields.
  • Additional certifications and courses related to sales, marketing, and management are highly desirable.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Proficiency in office software (MS Office, Google Workspace) and specialized sales and marketing management tools.

Willingness to Travel:

  • Availability for regular travel within the MENA region and Kazakhstan for client meetings and industry events.
