Product Manager (Capital Markets FinTech)
Kureos are working with an award winning FinTech that have mastered a small but significant niche within the wider baking ecosystem. They’ve over 500 clients and are an incredibly successful team. They’re looking for a Product Manager (Mid-Snr) to lead the product workstream strategy, aligning it with our company’s vision and goals. You'll partner across engineering and management teams to deliver features that delight customers, balance short-term wins with long-term initiatives, and engage with key clients to improve their processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own product strategy and roadmap
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Balance incremental improvements with game-changing initiatives
- Engage clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Drive organizational-wide impact
Requirements:
- 5+ years in SaaS Product Management
- Candidates should have a confident grasp of the Capital Markets Trade Lifecycle and of OpsIT.
- Client facing experience and confidence – managing delivery and gathering new requirements and working in close cohesion with Sales.
- Cross-functional expertise – you’ve worked in a non-silo environment with groups such as but not limited to: UX/UI, Sales & Engineering
- Confidence in SCRUM/Agile methodologies – but adaptable.
- Ability to run product workshops, create specs, and influence teams – strong story telling!
- Confident problem solver
