πŸ“ UK Remote - with travel to Abingdon 1/2 days per Month

My Product Path are partnered with a global SaaS technology business looking for a Product Manager to drive and evolve with a phase of AI-led platform evolution.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape how users discover and interact with complex information, leveraging AI-powered capabilities including semantic search, natural language querying and intelligent content discovery.

If you're passionate about solving customer problems, thrive in product discovery, and enjoy working at the intersection of AI, UX and engineering, we'd love to hear from you.

The Opportunity

As Product Manager, you'll own the product vision, roadmap and backlog for a key platform capability. Working as part of a product leadership triad alongside Engineering and Delivery, you'll define what gets built and why, ensuring customer needs remain at the heart of every decision.

This role offers the chance to work on genuinely meaningful AI applications where the focus is on solving real-world user challenges rather than implementing technology for its own sake.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own the Search & Discovery product domain and define its strategic roadmap.
  • Conduct user research, interviews and discovery activities to understand customer problems and validate opportunities.
  • Partner closely with UX to prototype and test new concepts before development.
  • Translate customer insights into clear product requirements and prioritised backlogs.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Delivery to balance customer value, technical feasibility and delivery cadence.
  • Champion AI-powered product capabilities, including semantic search and natural language experiences.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to support successful product launches and adoption.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform product strategy.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for Search & Discovery across the wider product organisation.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve your own productivity and identify opportunities to enhance team ways of working.

About You

You'll already have experience owning a product backlog and enjoy spending time understanding users before jumping to solutions.

You'll likely have:

  • 12–18+ months' Product Management experience with ownership of discovery and prioritisation.
  • Experience conducting user research and translating insights into product decisions.
  • A customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working within Agile product teams alongside Engineering and Design.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills.
  • Confidence working with ambiguity and evolving priorities.
  • An interest in AI and an understanding of how AI can enhance user experiences.

Nice to have:

  • Enterprise SaaS experience.
  • Experience with search, content management, information governance, records management or knowledge management products.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled product features.

What's on Offer?

  • Salary of Β£60,000–£70,000.
  • Performance bonus.
  • Fully remote UK role with occasional travel (1–2 days per month).
  • Dedicated learning and professional development time.
  • Flexible working environment.
  • The opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI capabilities within a collaborative and innovative product team
