- At least 2yrs experience as a Product Owner in the fintech or banking industry
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
- Proven ability to collect and analyse customer requirements and translate them into actionable plans
- Product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
- Strong problem-solving skills
