This is a remote position.
We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with strong skills in Figma to join our design team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating intuitive and attractive user interfaces, ensuring an excellent user experience. You will work closely with our development teams, as well as with clients, to ensure that digital products meet the highest design standards and satisfy user needs.

You will work closely with our development teams, as well as with clients, to ensure that digital products meet the highest design standards and satisfy user needs.
Responsibilities:
- Create and design functional and visually appealing user interfaces using Figma.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups for web and mobile products.
- Conduct user research to understand their needs and expectations, translating these findings into efficient design solutions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that user interfaces align with product objectives and client requirements.
- Communicate directly with clients to understand their design needs and provide solutions aligned with their expectations.
- Participate in design reviews and propose improvements based on UI/UX best practices.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a solid portfolio demonstrating skills in Figma.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles (User-Centered Design).
- Experience in creating interactive prototypes, mockups, wireframes, and user flows.
- Ability to work with development teams and translate designs into functional products.
- Strong communication skills with clients and internal teams, interpreting their design needs and offering optimal solutions.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency, with confidence to effectively communicate in meetings and presentations.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
