- Create new components, tokens, templates, documentation and maintain the existing ones.
- Work collaboratively with product designers and developers to evolve and maintain design system.
- Maintain and develop guides and pattern libraries.
- Contribute to the vision to drive design system adoption and improvements.
- Initiate and conduct usability and design research/validation.
- Experience with product design and accustomed to working in rapid cycles: plan → execute → validate → improve.
- 4+ years of experience in product design and building and maintaining a design system.
- Familiar with iOS and Android guidelines and skilled in working with patterns from various platforms.
- Proficient in Figma.
- Able to communicate ideas clearly, defend your stance, provide constructive feedback, and listen effectively.
- Capable of organizing your work and being self-sufficient without supervision.
- English B2 required and higher.
- 100% remote work with ability to work from office in the countries where we have offices - Qatar, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Pakistan
