About The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Staff Product Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our platform by leading the design efforts from conception through execution. Your primary responsibility will be to create intuitive, elegant, and engaging user interfaces that make complex processes feel simple and enjoyable. You will collaborate closely with leadership, product managers, engineers, and other designers to ensure that every interaction aligns with our brand and product vision.

The ideal candidate will excel at transforming user insights, data, and feedback into compelling design solutions. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a consistent design language, style guides, and visual standards that reflect our brand identity. As a visionary leader, you will inspire the team with innovative ideas and push the boundaries of conventional design to deliver a product that users love and remember. Your expertise will help define the overall design strategy, ensuring it aligns with our long-term goals and core values.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in UI/UX design for SaaS products, with a strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design work.
• Extensive experience with design tools such as Figma and Whimsical.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Ability to think creatively and push conventional boundaries to develop differentiated design solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in developing and maintaining design systems and style guides.
