Product Owner

About the Role

As a Product Owner, you’ll be responsible for managing the product backlog, balancing stakeholder requirements, and collaborating closely with both business and technical teams.

You’ll translate complex needs into clear specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria, guiding the product through its entire lifecycle—from concept to release.

Your role will involve supporting stakeholders across our business and from time to time participate in customer-facing meetings. Here, you’ll gather insights, understand user requirements, and ensure strategic features are effectively communicated post-release.

Your proactive involvement in Agile ceremonies will be essential in maintaining momentum, addressing challenges early, and keeping the development team aligned with the product vision.

About You

We’re looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Product Owner, particularly within SaaS environments. You should have a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with the ability to work closely with our data team and specify reporting requirements that support our solutions.

Your ability to write clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria using Jira and Confluence will be key to your success in this role.
