- Community Growth:
- Develop and execute bounty campaigns to incentivize and reward community participation
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships to enhance community growth and engagement
- Schedule, organize, and moderate AMA sessions
- Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) Management:
- Build and nurture relationships with KOLs in the crypto and gaming spaces to amplify our brand's visibility
- Coordinate campaigns and collaborations with KOLs to drive community engagement and user acquisition
- Event Organization:
- Plan and execute community events such as tournaments, competitions, and other interactive experiences
- Manage all aspects of event logistics, from planning to promotion and post-event analysis
- Strategy and Analysis:
- Develop and implement growth strategies to scale our user base and increase platform adoption
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet KPIs
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the crypto industry, preferably within a marketing team
- Proven experience in community growth, partnership development, and event organization
- Experience in the gaming industry is highly advantageous
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of the crypto and blockchain landscape, with a particular focus on GameFi
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and manage diverse community groups
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, capable of working both independently and within a team
- Passionate about AI

- Ability to work across different time zones to coordinate with a global team and community
