Mid-Senior Level C# Developer with Blazor and .NET

What is this challenge about

• Take full ownership of the end-to-end development lifecycle of new features, from technical design through implementation and delivery;

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using .NET/C#;

• Develop interactive UI components and web applications using Blazor, translating UX/UI designs into responsive, accessible, and high-performance solutions;

• Deploy and manage applications and services using Microsoft Azure;

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code;

• Participate actively in peer code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices;

• Contribute to the improvement of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes;

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the full stack;

• Identify and address performance bottlenecks and other technical issues;

• Contribute to the modernization, maintenance, and overall health of the codebase;

• Leverage AI on a daily basis for activities such as system design, coding, and feature delivery.

What we are looking for

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with strong expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem, particularly .NET and C#;

• Strong hands-on experience with Blazor and modern web development, with the ability to build responsive, accessible, performant, and user-friendly applications;

• Solid experience developing RESTful APIs, backend services, workers, and background jobs using .NET;

• Good knowledge of SQL Server, including data modelling, queries, and performance optimization;

• Practical experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based application development, particularly services such as App Services, Azure SQL, Functions, and Azure DevOps;

• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps practices, automated testing, and modern software development patterns, including Domain-Driven Design;

• Ability to work across the full stack, collaborate with UX/UI and engineering teams, and take ownership of features from design through delivery;

• Experience with Power BI or data visualization/integration is a plus;

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;

• Fluent in Portuguese and English;

• Comfortable using AI tools daily to support software design, development, problem-solving, and delivery.
