We are looking for a Team Lead Robotics Software (AMR) to work in Lisboa who's eager to embark on an exciting new opportunity! ๐Ÿ’ช

What we are looking for

โ€ข Strong hands-on experience with robotics, particularly ROS1/ROS2, navigation, SLAM, or localization;

โ€ข Experience with Nav2/move_base, AMCL, LOAM, or LIO-SAM;

โ€ข Experience with sensor fusion, particularly LiDAR and IMU;

โ€ข Strong Python and C++ development skills;

โ€ข Experience with Linux/Ubuntu, Git, and CI/CD;

โ€ข Good understanding of distributed systems, ROS1/ROS2 migration, and Docker;

โ€ข Experience developing production-grade robotics systems and debugging real-world issues;

โ€ข Ability to understand and solve problems related to localization, sensors, navigation, and safety;

โ€ข Strong system architecture and technical leadership skills;

โ€ข Ability to make architectural decisions and explain technical trade-offs;

โ€ข Willingness to remain hands-on with engineering and coding;

โ€ข Experience with industrial AMRs/AGVs, VDA 5050, fleet management, robotics safety, Gazebo/Ignition, or Rust would be a plus.
