IT & ERP Manager - Oracle Fusion Cloud Lead

Our client specializes in providing robotic coating services for onshore and offshore pipelines, refineries, and various industrial plants. The company is focused on leveraging advanced robotic systems and technology to deliver efficient, safe, and high-quality industrial coating solutions.

The Manager – IT & ERP Lead will oversee IT operations, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, while leading ERP governance, system stabilisation, integrations, digital initiatives, vendor management, and continuous system improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Govern IT infrastructure, networks, systems and applications delivered through MSPs

• Manage IT vendors, service providers, licenses, SLAs, KPIs and support contracts

• Lead cybersecurity, access management, data protection, IT policies and compliance

• Establish disaster recovery and business continuity plans

• Ensure effective end-user IT and ERP support and manage critical escalations

• Lead Oracle Fusion ERP stabilisation, governance, integrations, enhancements and digital transformation

• Lead MRP, Manufacturing and Maintenance module optimisation

• Support Finance and Operations during month-end close, audits and management reporting

• Manage ERP upgrades, patches, testing and release activities

• Provide data insights and drive automation and standardisation across business functions

Must-Have Skills

• Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, including Finance, PPM and Procurement

• ERP implementation, integration and governance.

• FBDI, ADFDI and API integrations

• Knowledge of MRP, Manufacturing, Maintenance and production systems

• IT infrastructure, cloud services and cybersecurity fundamentals

• OTBI, BI Publisher, dashboards and advanced Excel

Requirements Qualification/ Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Engineering or related field

• 10+ years of progressive ERP and IT systems experience, out of it 5 years at a manager level.

• Proven experience leading ERP implementations and IT operations

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud

• Experience in engineering, EPC, manufacturing or project-based industries preferred.

• Prior experience with Managed Service Providers.

• Experience working with multinational or global teams

• Strong stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred

• Oracle or ERP certifications

• Experience managing Oracle partners, system integrators and external consultants

• Experience with global ERP harmonisation initiatives

• Experience leading digital transformation and automation projects

• Strong user training and change management experience

Salary: AED 28,000 - 32,000/- Per month
