Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, test, debug, and maintain scalable software applications while working closely with product managers, QA engineers, and other developers.
This opportunity is well suited for candidates currently authorized to work in the U.S. under F-1 OPT or STEM OPT, provided the position is directly related to their qualifying degree/major.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications.
- Write clean, efficient, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Participate in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, QA engineers, and other developers.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and backend services.
- Troubleshoot application issues and resolve production defects.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and debugging.
- Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices.
- Work with Git-based source control and CI/CD pipelines.
- Contribute to application architecture and technical design discussions.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Prepare technical documentation when required.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in at least one language such as:
- Java
- Python
- JavaScript/TypeScript
- C#
- C++
- Understanding of object-oriented programming and software development principles.
- Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and databases.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and web technologies.
- Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab or similar version-control systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
