Job Description
Reports to CEO

Salary range: USD164,000 to 175,000, based on experience, plus staff incentive scheme - range shown reflects US market, other regions priced locally
About Us
SecurePII is a cloud native SaaS security and compliance platform that protects sensitive information in voice conversations. SecurePII is a growing global startup, combining mature enterprise technology with the pace, adaptability and ownership mindset needed to scale internationally. We work with leading partners including Cisco and Genesys, and are trusted by service providers, enterprises and regulated industries worldwide.
Our product, SecureCall, prevents payment data and personal information from entering enterprise systems, enabling organisations to meet compliance obligations while unlocking clean, usable data streams for payments by phone, conversational AI applications and analytics. SecureCall is patented technology, which has revolutionised the way businesses can economically meet their security obligations under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).
The Opportunity
Geographic scope is global, with primary focus, in priority order, on US, UK, EU and APAC.
Brand awareness is the centre of this role, more than any other responsibility. SecurePII has the product, the partners and the pipeline machinery, but not yet a market that knows its name. You will originate the campaign concepts, positioning and brand moments SecurePII needs to be known in its category, and back them with a budget plan and strategy that gets them shipped, not just pitched.
This role runs two complementary motions. Push, marketing directly to the partner cohort so partners originate demand, and Pull, building brand awareness directly with the end customer base so customers bring the ask back to their existing partner. Pull sits alongside Push, not instead of it.
This is not a role with a large team to delegate to. You set strategy and personally execute a meaningful share of it yourself, across brand, content, campaigns, events and partner enablement, while directing your team of 2 Performance Marketers, who handle hands on demand generation execution, running campaigns and hitting MQL and SQL targets. If something needs deciding, resourcing or dreaming up, it is your job.
What You Will Own
Brand awareness (priority focus)
- Own brand strategy, voice and visual identity across every channel and every piece of output, including your Performance Marketers' campaigns
- Originate the campaign concepts and awareness ideas SecurePII needs to be known in its category
- Build unattributed awareness and thought leadership activity, content, PR angles, category positioning and events presence, that a pure performance motion will not produce on its own
- Track brand and awareness metrics distinct from pipeline metrics, reach, share of voice, engagement, and report on them alongside pipeline results
Campaign strategy and budget
- Own go to market strategy across partner motions, 90 %, and direct motions, 10 %, and translate it into a prioritised, sequenced campaign calendar
- Develop and maintain messaging by buyer archetype
- Run campaigns end to end and set the brief and success criteria where your Performance Marketers execute
- Build and own the marketing budget, plan spend across brand, content, campaigns, events and partner programs, and communicate the plan to the CEO
- Track budget adherence monthly, explain variance and reallocate spend as performance dictates
- Own return on spend reporting, what pipeline and brand outcomes each dollar produced, and use it to justify next quarter's plan

Partner activationÂ
- Set partner marketing strategy and enablement standard across three archetypes: Strategic Technology Partners (Cisco, Genesys, MSFT, Amazon) for co-sell and marketplace listings, Reseller Partners (Presidio, CDW, NTT, Bucher-Suter, Amplix) for resale enablement, and Service Provider Partners (Gamma, Telstra) for white-label delivery
- Manage co-marketing and enablement content for technology and channel partners, and support partner recruitment and onboarding
Content, events and sales alignment
- Plan and produce blogs, white papers, thought leadership and sales collateral to a precise, direct, credible standard
- Plan and run presence at industry events
- Act as the primary marketing point of contact for sales day to day
- Own the lead handover process between marketing and sales, with agreed criteria for when a contact moves to active pursuit
- Build and maintain sales enablement material, and align messaging and campaign timing with active pipeline

What We Are Looking For
Required
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, including 2+ years in a leadership or sole marketing lead role at an early stage company
- A track record of originating campaign and brand ideas yourself, not just briefing an agency or managing a team's output
- Proven ability to set strategy and execute it personally, including hands on budget planning, tracking and reporting
- Experience in security, compliance, SaaS or a comparably technical B2B category
- Direct HubSpot experience across campaign tooling, reporting and lifecycle stages
Strongly preferred
- Channel or platform partner experience, Cisco, Genesys, AWS, Salesforce ecosystems or similar
- Experience building a brand and category presence from a standing start at an early stage or scale up company
Not a fit if you
• Need a large team or agency roster to execute
• Want to specialise in one channel or discipline
• Wait to be told what the big idea should be
• Track spend without originating the strategy or ideas behind it
Why Join SecurePII
• Fully remote, flexible working arrangements
• Direct access to leadership and sales
• The chance to shape how this function scales as SecurePII grows
