- Architect & Scale: Develop, optimize, and elevate crucial components of our mobile platform, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Drive Engineering Excellence: Champion testability across the codebase and actively participate in architecture-level decision-making.
- Collaborate & Plan: Engage deeply in technical grooming, sprint planning, and estimation sessions to align engineering efforts with product goals.

What You Bring
- Mobile Expertise: 4+ years of hands-on mobile development experience (Android or iOS), with at least 3+ years of dedicated Flutter development and a proven track record of launching apps in the App Store or Google Play.
- Core Skills: Deep proficiency in Dart (including Dart streams / RxDart) and a solid command of OOP and SOLID principles.
- Architectural Mastery: Strong foundational knowledge of mobile architecture principles, RESTful APIs, and WebSockets.
