Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Vice President of Marketing to provide executive leadership for the company’s marketing organization and develop a comprehensive strategy that strengthens brand positioning, customer engagement, market presence, and sustainable business growth.
This position will oversee marketing strategy, brand management, customer insights, digital marketing, content, communications, campaign development, market research, marketing operations, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute the company’s overall marketing strategy in alignment with business objectives and long-term growth plans.
• Establish annual marketing plans, strategic priorities, performance objectives, budgets, and measurable targets.
• Lead brand strategy, positioning, messaging, marketing communications, and overall brand consistency.
• Oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, communications, customer engagement, and other relevant channels.
• Develop strategies that strengthen customer awareness, engagement, acquisition, retention, and long-term brand value.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior, industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging market opportunities.

• Partner with Sales and Business Development to align marketing programs with pipeline development, customer acquisition, account growth, and commercial priorities.
• Collaborate with Product, Creative, Customer Service, Operations, and other departments to ensure consistent messaging and customer experiences.
• Oversee digital marketing activities, including website strategy, content, email marketing, search initiatives, social media, and other appropriate channels.
• Establish and monitor marketing performance indicators related to campaign performance, customer engagement, lead generation, conversion activity, brand performance, and marketing efficiency.
• Develop executive-level marketing reports and provide clear recommendations based on performance data and market trends.
• Manage marketing budgets, agencies, vendors, technology platforms, and external business partners.
• Evaluate marketing technology, CRM platforms, analytics systems, automation tools, content platforms, and reporting solutions.
• Lead major marketing initiatives, product launches, market expansion programs, and strategic company campaigns.
• Establish standardized marketing processes, planning frameworks, reporting practices, and performance management systems.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, or a related field preferred.
• Advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is a plus.

• Proven experience developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies.
