About The Role

The SEO Strategist (Consultant) at House Buyers of America plays a vital role in enhancing the company's online visibility and lead generation efforts. This remote position involves developing and implementing comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive targeted traffic, and support the company's nationwide expansion initiatives. The ideal candidate will analyze website performance, conduct keyword research, optimize on-page and off-page elements, and stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes. This role requires collaboration with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital marketing efforts. The SEO Strategist will also monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to continually refine strategies and maximize ROI. Flexibility to conduct in-person meetings with prospects and clients periodically is expected, ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives and customer engagement standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or related roles
• Proven track record of achieving top search engine rankings and driving organic traffic
• Strong understanding of SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
• Knowledge of website development and content management systems (CMS)
• Experience with keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization
• Familiarity with local SEO strategies and national expansion efforts
