Location: Ha Noi Capital or Ho Chi Minh City | Industry: Banking / Fintech / Financial Services
Job Responsibilities- Lead Data Science, Machine Learning & Deep Learning initiatives using large-scale Big Data.
- Develop and deploy advanced analytics solutions: Predictive Models, Recommendation Engines, Customer Journey Analytics, Graph Models, etc.
- Generate actionable insights to support business growth, customer journey and product enhancement.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers and 3+ Agile Squads to design scalable analytics solutions.
- Monitor model performance, data quality and accuracy; drive continuous improvement.
- Lead projects, resolve delivery challenges, and support digital transformation initiatives.
- Mentor and develop Data Analysts / Data Scientists.

- 7+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Data Science, Machine Learning & Deep Learning.
- Strong experience deploying ML/Statistical models into production.
- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, Scala, Java, C/C++, and Tableau.
- Strong background in Data Mining, Statistical Analysis, Data Visualization & Advanced Analytics.
- Mandatory: Banking / Fintech / Financial Services experience.
- Experience applying AI/ML to financial markets or financial services use cases.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong ability to deliver data-driven insights for senior management decision-making.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, IT, Software Engineering or related fields.
