Senior Business Analyst - Fintech/Blockchain Projects

Working Location: Bangkok, Thailand or Dubai, UAE

Salary Range: $1,800 – $4,000 NET + Allowances

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with cross-functional teams, especially product managers and software development teams, to gather and analyze requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear technical documentation (BRD, SRS, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Flowcharts).
• Collaborate closely with Developers and QA to clarify logic, edge cases, and ensure accurate implementation.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Refinement).
  

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience BA or similar roles.
• Strong background working closely with developers and engineering teams.
• Previous experience in Fintech or Blockchain projects is a strong advantage.
• Proficient in creating system flows, wireframes, and managing task boards (Jira/Confluence).
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and cross-team communication skills.
