Job Description
Permanent Contract (CDI) - Location: Nancy, France
Based in Nancy (HQ, France), you will join a dynamic HR team and play a key role in attracting and hiring talent to support Quipment's continued growth internationally.
Reporting to the HR & Recruitment International Manager, you will be the operational lead for Talent Acquisition activities while contributing to selected international HR initiatives.
This position is ideal for a recruitment professional who enjoys identifying talent, partnering with hiring managers, improving recruitment processes, and developing expertise in an international and multicultural environment.
As Talent Acquisition Partner, you will work closely with managers in France and abroad, particularly in the United States and Japan, while benefiting from the support and guidance of the International HR team.
KEY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for positions based in France and support hiring activities for international subsidiaries.
- Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment needs, job specifications and candidate profiles.
- Write, publish and promote job advertisements through relevant sourcing channels.
- Source, identify and engage candidates through multiple recruitment tools and talent pools.
- Conduct screening interviews and assess candidates' suitability, motivation and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Provide market insights and recruitment recommendations to managers.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, temporary staffing partners and external providers.
- Support onboarding activities and contribute to a successful integration of new hires.
Talent Pipeline & Employer Branding
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities, business schools and professional networks.
- Represent Quipment during recruitment events, career fairs and employer branding initiatives.
- Contribute to strengthening Quipment's employer value proposition and visibility on the talent market.
- Build and maintain talent pools to support future hiring needs.

International HR Exposure & Projects
- Support the HR & Recruitment International Manager on selected international HR topics and projects.
- Collaborate with managers and teams from Quipment's international subsidiaries.
- Gain exposure to multicultural environments, particularly with teams located in the United States and Japan.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to recruitment processes, candidate experience and HR practices.
HR Administration Support
- Prepare employment contracts and hiring documentation.
- Support employee onboarding and personnel administration activities.
- Maintain accurate HR data and recruitment reporting.
- Contribute to HR process documentation and continuous improvement.
What We Are Looking For?
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- From 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or HR roles with a significant track record in talent acquisition.
- First experience in an industrial company (vs recruitment agency) is a plus.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with managers and candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Hands-on, proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Interest in international environments and multicultural collaboration.
- Ability to interact confidently with managers located in different countries.
- Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter or recruitment tools is a plus.
- Fluent French and English are required (minimum C1 level, written and spoken).
