What We're Looking For

We are looking for a talented and experienced Product Manager to take on Growth-related initiatives. Your primary focus will be to revamp the entire user discovery experience within the product, eventually building new growth loops to attract and retain users with direct impact on Activation and Retention as main metrics.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze and make UX better for setting up Manychat for customer needs the user journey during the discovery phase.
• Be in close connection with customer, analyze the market for helping customers with discovery and get more value from the Product.
• Develop successful metrics and implement lead initiatives to enhance new user's adoption of product: both big projects and small experiments
• Continuously monitor and analyze growth-related metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, analytics, data engineers, product engineers) and lead product team to deliver results.
• Extend the current product with the new growth loops.
  
  

What You’ll Bring

Must haves

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager focusing on metrics and delivering value to customers
• You take responsibility for the outcomes, not just the outputs of your own work.
• Customer-centric mindset: you always start with gaining deep understanding of the customer needs.
• Proficiency with A/B testing tools and analytical platforms data and analytics, analytics background as a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• You are good at presenting your work results and the impact made.
• Your communication style is clear, concise, and empathetic.

• Deep understanding of PLG and data analytics.
• Experience in SaaS product or a product with a subscription model.
