About Vizma

We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst who is curious, detail-oriented, and willing to learn by doing.
What you will do
You will help our team with data analysis, dashboard creation, reporting, and data preparation tasks.
Your work may include:
- Cleaning and preparing data in Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, or BI tools
- Building dashboards and reports
- Writing basic SQL queries
- Checking data quality and finding issues in datasets
- Creating charts, tables, and summaries for clients
- Helping automate repetitive reporting tasks
- Documenting data sources, calculations, and dashboard logic
- Supporting senior analysts with client projects

Requirements
You do not need to be an expert, but you should have a strong interest in data and analytics.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Basic knowledge of any BI tools
- Basic understanding of SQL
- Ability to work with numbers and spot mistakes
- Good attention to detail
- Clear communication in English
- Willingness to learn new tools quickly
- Responsibility and ability to work remotely
Nice to have
These are not required, but they are a plus:
- Experience with Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or Metabase
- Basic Python knowledge
- Experience with Google Apps Script or automation
- Understanding of business metrics, KPIs, funnels, or reporting
- Previous internship, freelance, or university project related to data
