Accountabilities
As the Sr Manager, Digital Ads, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media initiatives across search, social, retail media, and emerging advertising platforms. You will use analytics, experimentation, and collaboration to improve campaign performance and support broader business objectives.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising channels including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Own paid media strategy and execution, ensuring alignment between marketing objectives, revenue goals, and lead generation targets.
- Manage significant monthly advertising budgets while maintaining strong discipline around return on ad spend (ROAS), customer acquisition costs (CAC), and budget efficiency.
- Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to continuously improve results.
- Optimize conversion funnels by testing strategies that improve key performance indicators such as conversion rate, average order value, and customer engagement.
- Develop experimentation roadmaps, define hypotheses, analyze results, and apply learnings to improve future campaigns.
- Oversee retail media investments and marketplace advertising initiatives, including major retail platforms.
- Build dashboards, reports, and performance scorecards to provide visibility into campaign results and opportunities.
- Collaborate with creative, content, web, video marketing, analytics, and marketing technology teams to improve audience targeting, messaging, and landing page performance.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance copy development, content optimization, campaign testing, and performance analysis.
- Support tracking implementation, tagging validation, campaign troubleshooting, and measurement improvements.
- Identify new advertising platforms, audience segments, and creative formats to expand digital growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate is a performance marketing professional with deep expertise in paid media strategy, digital analytics, and campaign optimization. You should have experience managing complex advertising programs, working with cross-functional teams, and using data to drive business outcomes.
- 5-7+ years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, or digital advertising.
- 3-5+ years of experience in advertising analytics and commercial performance measurement.
- Proven experience owning paid media strategy and execution for an eCommerce brand.
- Experience driving successful lead generation programs within a B2B environment.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Advertising, and YouTube Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify opportunities, and make performance-driven decisions.
- Experience managing advertising budgets with a focus on efficiency, optimization, and measurable business impact.
- Strong understanding of conversion funnels, testing methodologies, audience targeting, and digital campaign performance.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, creative, analytics, and technology teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with ownership of strategic initiatives and operational execution.
- Experience with retail media platforms such as Pacvue is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI tools for marketing optimization, content creation, or campaign analysis is beneficial.
