Collaborate with ML/Data Science teams on churn, LTV, and segmentation models
Align model outputs with real CRM and VIP operational workflows
Coordinate stakeholders across Product, CRM, Engineering, Data, and Compliance
Drive roadmap prioritization based on business impact and technical feasibility
Evaluate retention ROI and player lifecycle performance
Lead workshops, requirement sessions, and cross-functional decision making
Help transition the product from experimentation into scalable production workflows

Job Description


We’re looking for a Product Coordinator to lead the business side of an AI-driven retention platform from PoC to MVP.


You will work at the intersection of Product, Data Science, CRM, and Sportsbook Analytics, translating complex retention problems into measurable product and business solutions.

You’ll help shape churn prediction, LTV scoring, player segmentation, and retention workflows — turning ML outputs into actionable business impact.


This role is ideal for someone who understands sportsbook retention mechanics, AI/ML product thinking, and data-driven decision making in high-scale B2C environments.


Responsibilities

  • Own product direction from PoC to MVP for the AI Retention platform.
  • Translate retention and CRM challenges into product and ML requirements.
  • Define business goals, KPIs, success metrics, and prioritization logic.
  • Collaborate with ML/Data Science teams on churn, LTV, and segmentation models.
  • Align model outputs with real CRM and VIP operational workflows.
  • Coordinate stakeholders across Product, CRM, Engineering, Data, and Compliance.
  • Drive roadmap prioritization based on business impact and technical feasibility.
  • Evaluate retention ROI and player lifecycle performance.
  • Lead workshops, requirement sessions, and cross-functional decision making.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Product Manager/Coordinator experience.
  • Experience in Gambling, Sportsbook, Casino, Fintech, or retention-driven B2C products.
  • Strong understanding of CRM, player lifecycle, segmentation, and retention mechanics.
  • Experience working closely with Data Science / ML teams.
  • Strong analytical thinking and data-driven product approach.
  • Experience defining KPIs, experiments, and business success metrics.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience writing PRDs/BRDs and managing cross-functional initiatives.
  • Understanding of AI/ML product concepts such as:
  • precision vs recall;
  • explainability;
  • model quality and drift;
  • operational ROI.


Would Be a Plus

  • Experience with churn prediction or recommendation systems.
