We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Wireless Network Architect to design and deliver next-generation wireless solutions using Wi-Fi 6/6E/7 and Private 5G technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in enterprise wireless architecture, RF design, private cellular networks, security frameworks, and large-scale industrial connectivity solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities
Wireless Architecture & Design
- Design and architect enterprise wireless solutions using Wi-Fi 6, Wi-Fi 6E, and Wi-Fi 7 technologies.
- Develop end-to-end Private 5G network architectures, including:
- Radio Access Network (RAN)
- 5G Core
- Transport Network
- Edge Computing Components
- Perform RF planning, wireless site surveys, capacity planning, and network optimization.
- Create High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), architecture standards, and technical documentation.
- Define wireless solutions focused on scalability, performance, availability, and security.

Security & Enterprise Integration
- Design secure wireless environments using:
- WPA3
- 802.1X authentication
- Network Access Control (NAC)
- Zero Trust security principles
- Integrate wireless solutions with enterprise infrastructure, including:
- LAN/WAN networks
- SD-WAN
- Cloud platforms
- Security platforms
Solution Delivery & Technical Leadership
- Lead technology evaluations, solution assessments, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
- Provide architectural guidance for large-scale enterprise, industrial, and IoT wireless deployments.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, engineering teams, and implementation partners.
- Provide Level 3/Level 4 technical support for complex wireless network issues.
- Troubleshoot performance, connectivity, and design challenges across enterprise wireless environments.
- Ensure solutions meet business, technical, security, and compliance requirements.

Industry & Innovation
- Support Industry 4.0, smart factory, IoT, and mission-critical connectivity initiatives.
- Evaluate emerging wireless technologies and recommend improvements to enterprise network strategies.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience designing and architecting enterprise wireless networks.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of: Wi-Fi 6/6E/7 technologies, Enterprise WLAN architecture, RF design and optimization, Private 5G networks
- Experience creating HLD, LLD, architecture documentation, and technical standards.
- Strong understanding of wireless security, authentication, and network access control.
- Experience integrating wireless networks with enterprise LAN/WAN and cloud environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as:
- Cisco Certified Specialist – Enterprise Wireless
- CWNA/CWNP/CWAP
- Cisco CCNP Enterprise
- Private 5G or telecom certifications
- Experience with wireless vendors such as Cisco, Aruba, Juniper Mist, Nokia, Ericsson, or similar platforms.
- Experience with industrial wireless networks and IoT connectivity.
- Knowledge of cloud networking, edge computing, and automation tools.
- Experience working in large enterprise or manufacturing environments.
