⟢ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
- Develop and implement competitive compensation structures that align with business objectives and market trends.

- Monitor and ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies related to compensation and benefits.
