⟢ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
  • Develop and implement competitive compensation structures that align with business objectives and market trends.
  • Design and administer employee benefits programs, ensuring they are attractive, cost-effective, and in compliance with labor laws.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies related to compensation and benefits.
  • Conduct job evaluations, salary benchmarking, and market analysis to maintain a competitive pay scale.
  • Collaborate with HR and management to design and implement performance-based reward and incentive programs.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding compensation, benefits, and HR policies.
  • Lead or assist in HR projects related to C&B optimization, automation, and employee engagement.


⟢ REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll Management, or HR-related functions.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations, and compensation structures.
  • Hands-on experience with payroll software, HRIS, and benefits administration.
  • Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Fluent English proficiency (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
