POSITION OVERVIEW
- This role sits within the Health & Public Service (H&PS) division under Infrastructure Managed Services. The mission of this team is to build and maintain resilient, secure infrastructure environments for vital enterprise platforms. The team focuses on deploying advanced cloud technologies to ensure maximum uptime, smooth software migrations, and optimized architectural performance.
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Configure and support Oracle Private Cloud Appliance (PCA) 3.x systems in production data centers.
- Align and optimize computing infrastructure with specifications for FireCAD infrastructure systems.
- Evaluate and adopt the latest architectural features released for the PCA platform.
- Manage end-to-end software release cycles across cloud architectures and physical stacks.
- Monitor system health and preserve absolute stability during critical data and platform migration activities.
- Administer, troubleshoot, and patch underlying Oracle Enterprise Linux environments.
