This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst based in United States.

This remote role focuses on transforming business data into actionable insights through analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.

The position partners with operational teams to identify improvement opportunities and build scalable technology solutions.

You will design and maintain dashboards, workflows, and data-driven tools that enhance efficiency and decision-making.

The role combines business analysis, technical expertise, and innovation within a fast-evolving digital environment.

You will contribute to responsible AI adoption by ensuring solutions meet governance, security, and compliance standards.

Accountabilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation, analytics, and AI opportunities that improve operational performance and deliver measurable results.
  • Design, develop, maintain, and optimize solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Create and manage Power BI dashboards, SQL-based datasets, and reporting solutions to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Apply AI-enabled capabilities responsibly while following established governance, security, and compliance guidelines.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions that improve transparency, efficiency, and user experience.
  • Document solutions, support adoption across teams, and provide continuous optimization based on business needs.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance operational processes and identify opportunities for innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in analytics, information systems, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SQL.
  • Proven experience delivering automation, reporting, or analytics solutions for business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
  • Knowledge of AI governance, data security principles, and responsible AI practices.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams integrations, or Microsoft AI tools is preferred.
  • Understanding of operational performance metrics and service delivery environments is a plus.
