This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Quality Assurance Manager based in the United States.
This role offers the opportunity to build and lead a strategic Quality Assurance function supporting innovative insurance technology solutions. As a Sr. Quality Assurance Manager, you will define QA strategy, establish scalable sing frameworks, and lead high-performing teams across onshore and offshore environments. You will play a critical role in ensuring successful technology implementations by driving quality standards, automation practices, and delivery excellence. The position combines leadership, technical expertise, process improvement, and client collaboration within a growing technology services environment. You will partner with delivery leaders, engineers, project teams, and clients to embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle. Accountabilities
As a Sr. Quality Assurance Manager, you will establish and oversee a comprehensive QA function, ensuring consistent sing practices, strong delivery outcomes, and continuous improvement across complex technology engagements.
- Define and execute a comprehensive QA strategy aligned with business objectives, delivery models, and technology initiatives.
- Build and mature QA operating models, methodologies, standards, and best practices from the ground up.
- Establish scalable QA processes that support hybrid onshore and offshore delivery environments.
- Lead, coach, and develop QA teams through performance management, career planning, recruitment, and mentoring initiatives.
- Define team structures, role expectations, skill development paths, and training plans to support future growth.
- Oversee QA deliverables across client projects, including s strategies, s plans, execution approaches, defect management, and reporting.
- Partner with project managers, technical teams, and delivery leaders to align QA activities with project timelines and business objectives.
- Monitor sing progress, identify risks, manage defects, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Participate in client discussions related to QA strategy, readiness, sing outcomes, and production releases.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through lessons learned, process reviews, and optimization efforts.
- Evaluate and implement QA tools, automation frameworks, and sing solutions such as Selenium and Playwright.
- Develop automation strategies, support CI/CD integration, and promote quality practices across Agile delivery environments.
- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, sales, and account teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Support insurance technology initiatives and ensure QA approaches align with industry-specific requirements.

The ideal candidate brings extensive quality assurance leadership experience, strong technical knowledge, and a proven ability to build and scale QA functions within enterprise technology environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field required, or equivalent QA/sing experience.
- 7-10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, software sing, or related technology disciplines.
- 5+ years of proven leadership or people management experience.
- Demonstrated experience building, scaling, or formalizing QA teams or functions.
- Experience managing hybrid onshore/offshore delivery models.
- Strong background in enterprise software sing, preferably within insurance technology environments.
- Experience supporting Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Deep understanding of QA methodologies, sing lifecycles, defect management, and quality governance.
- Experience with s automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium or Playwright.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated sing integration.
- Experience with insurance platforms such as Insurity, Guidewire, or similar systems is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders, manage client relationships, and collaborate across technical and business teams.
