Our client is looking for an experienced 360 Software Engineering Recruiter to join a high-performing, fully remote team that's built around trust, autonomy, and commercial success.

$90,000–$110,000 base salary plus uncapped commission, with genuine opportunity to achieve exceptional total earnings.

You'll own a specialist software engineering market, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to successful placements.

  • Proven 360 recruitment experience with a strong track record of winning new business.
  • A history of billing $300,000+ annually, with higher-performing recruiters particularly encouraged to apply.
  • Experience recruiting software engineers or technical professionals into startup, scale-up, SaaS, AI, infrastructure, or venture-backed environments.
  • The drive and maturity to thrive in a remote, autonomous setting.
  • A collaborative mindset and ambition to continue developing their career.

Cybersecurity recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential.
