About The Role
Weโre looking for a Business Recruiter to help scale our GTM organization during a period of rapid growth. This is a full-cycle recruiting role supporting multiple business searches simultaneously across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and G&A functions.
As an early recruiting team member, youโll work closely with hiring managers and leadership to help build the foundation for how business hiring operates here. Weโre looking for someone who is highly execution-oriented, strong at sourcing, and excited to operate in a fast-moving B2B SaaS environment.
What Youโll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting across business functions including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and other G&A roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs, calibrate profiles, and drive hiring decisions
- Build and manage strong outbound pipelines of business talent through sourcing, referrals, networking, and creative outreach strategies
- Manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a high bar for candidate experience and process quality
- Help improve recruiting operations, workflows, tooling, reporting, and overall process efficiency as the company scales
- Maintain strong ATS hygiene and operational rigor across all recruiting activity

- 3โ5 years of full-cycle business recruiting experience in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments
- Experience recruiting for GTM and business roles within B2B SaaS companies
- Strong sourcing and outbound recruiting skills with a track record of engaging high-quality business talent
- Ability to assess a wide range of profiles across sales, marketing, operations, and customer-facing functions
- Highly organized with strong process management and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to create excellent candidate experiences
- Data-oriented mindset with an understanding of recruiting metrics and pipeline management

Compensation Range: $150K - $200K
