ABOUT THE ROLE


Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Remote Entry-Level Technical Support Specialist. This role focuses on providing technical assistance to users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving support requests, and ensuring a seamless technology experience for employees and customers.

COMPENSATION


The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $95,000 per year, based on experience, technical skills, communication abilities, and client hiring needs.

WHAT YOU’LL DO


- Respond to technical support requests via phone, email, and chat

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR


- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred

- 0–2 years of experience in IT support, technical support, customer service, or related roles

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Office

- Basic understanding of networking concepts and computer hardware

- Familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment

- Professional, dependable, and customer-focused mindset
