In this role, you'll own the backend communication platform powering AI voice and messaging across multiple customers. You'll design and build highly scalable distributed systems focused on reliability, event processing, concurrency, and performance while solving some of the company's most technically challenging engineering problems.

The Person

* Strong backend engineering experience (language agnostic)
* Experience building LLM applications or AI workflows
* Strong understanding of distributed systems and scalable backend architecture
