Product Operations Manager, AI (Artificial Intelligence)

- Location: Miami, Florida
- Full-time, In-office / On-site position – Monday through Friday (9:00am to 6:00pm EST)
- Compensation: $150,000 to $200,000+ base salary (commensurate with experience); discretionary bonus potential; comprehensive benefit package

This key role will adopt, implement, and development / build out AI & automation capacity. This high operations position has regular exposure to leadership, tech teams, stakeholders and more.

Qualifications – Product Operations Manager, AI
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product operations / management, or business analysis, with at least 2 years focused on AI, automation, or enterprise technology (real estate investments, financial services, or fintech environment highly preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or a related field REQUIRED (advanced degree a plus).
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), intelligent automation, and AI platform capabilities
- Experience leading enterprise AI adoption and organizational change management initiatives
- Working knowledge of commercial real estate investment / asset management, private credit, or alternative investment fund operations will ramp faster and contribute more immediately
- Experience working in regulated financial environments and supporting governance, compliance, and risk management initiatives
- Demonstrated experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technology solutions
- Proven ability to manage a multi-project roadmap, with a bias toward shipping incremental, high-value automations and a track record of driving adoption post-launch
- Ability to turn a requirement into a clickable prototype which end users can react to, work out the kinks, etc. (no writing production code required)

AI Product Management
- Drive AI initiatives roadmap and backlog
- Identify & prioritize high-value AI use cases across the firm
- Evaluate and recommend AI tooling, large language models, and third-party platforms suited to firm-focused workflows
- Define business cases, scoped written requirements, acceptance criteria, success metrics, and ROI expectations for AI initiatives
- Build prototypes: use tools to stand up a working proof of concept, validate the workflow with end users to surface problems early

Business Analysis
- Partner with executive & technology teams with department heads, to capture and qualify AI use cases, translating business problems into scoped requirements teams can build against
- Heavy involvement with Finance, Originations, Asset Management, Investor Relations, Legal /Compliance, etc. to understand how work gets done and surface strong candidates for AI or automation
Change Management & AI Adoption
- Drive adoption of shipped AI tools across the firm
