Accountabilities
The Technical Product Manager will own product strategy and execution, acting as a bridge between customers, technical teams, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful product improvements.
- Champion customer needs by identifying pain points, understanding user goals, and translating insights into product opportunities.
- Define product vision, strategy, and priorities based on customer requirements, business objectives, and market trends.
- Develop product enhancement requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and testing strategies throughout the product lifecycle.
- Partner with engineering teams to influence technical solutions, architecture decisions, and implementation approaches.
- Manage and prioritize product roadmaps while ensuring alignment across design, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams.
- Facilitate collaboration across teams to create clarity, build consensus, and drive successful product delivery.
- Use analytics and available data to establish success metrics, monitor performance, identify trends, and uncover improvement opportunities.
- Research competitive products, industry developments, and customer expectations to inform product decisions.
- Continuously improve product development processes, workflows, and team collaboration practices.

The ideal candidate is an experienced product leader with strong technical knowledge, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to translate business challenges into effective technology solutions.
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, including significant experience defining user stories and managing product roadmaps.
- 3+ years of hands-on software engineering experience or strong technical development background.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience conceptualizing, building, and launching successful B2B web applications.
- Strong understanding of software development processes, Agile methodologies, and continuous integration/continuous delivery practices.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and understand technical concepts, trade-offs, and implementation considerations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to guide strategic and tactical product decisions.
- Experience delivering high-quality products in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience in media, communications, public relations, investor relations, or related industries is a plus.
- Competitive base salary range of $165,000-$180,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and market factors.
