About Kpop Exchange

Kpop Exchange is one of the fastest-growing specialty K-pop retailers in the United States. We serve collectors worldwide through Shopify, TikTok Shop, and our Denver retail store, managing thousands of SKUs across multiple e-commerce channels.

Every week brings new product launches, limited-edition releases, pricing updates, and operational challenges. Speed, organization, and execution are critical to our success.

We're looking for an E-commerce Product Manager who enjoys building systems, solving operational challenges, and improving the way e-commerce businesses operate.

About the Role

You'll own the operational lifecycle of every product we sell, from Korean product announcements through preorder launches, Shopify and TikTok Shop listings, pricing updates, and ongoing catalog management.

You'll work cross-functionally with our warehouse, retail store, marketing, design, customer support, and virtual assistant team to ensure launches are accurate, organized, and executed on time.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced e-commerce and enjoys improving systems rather than simply maintaining them.

  • Manage collections, navigation, homepage content, and landing pages
  • Update Shopify themes and on-site merchandising
  • Perform bulk product updates using CSVs
  • Manage Shopify apps and integrations
  • Optimize product pages for SEO and conversion

Product Launch Management

  • Launch preorders following Korean product announcements
  • Create Shopify and TikTok Shop listings
  • Maintain launch calendars and checklists
  • Update product information as details change
  • Transition products from preorder to in-stock
  • Ensure launches happen accurately and on schedule

TikTok Shop Management

  • Manage TikTok Shop listings
  • Maintain pricing consistency
  • Troubleshoot catalog issues
  • Ensure platform compliance

E-COMMERCE OPERATIONS:

Coordinate projects including:

  • Product launches
  • Website updates
  • Promotions
  • Pricing updates
  • Inventory transfers
  • New product additions

You'll help keep communication flowing across warehouse, retail, design, marketing, customer support, and our virtual assistants.

Process Improvement:

  • Build SOPs and documentation
  • Improve workflows
  • Standardize operational processes
  • Identify automation opportunities
  • Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency

Inventory Accuracy:

  • Conduct inventory spot audits
  • Investigate discrepancies
  • Improve inventory controls
  • Help maintain inventory accuracy across ecommerce and retail

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

  • 5+ years of e-commerce ownership experience
  • Advanced Shopify experience
  • Experience managing large ecommerce catalogs
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent written English
  • Experience building SOPs and documentation
  • Strong organizational and systems-thinking skills
  • Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude

Preferred:

  • TikTok Shop
  • Shopify theme management
  • Shopify apps and integrations
  • CSV imports/exports
  • Product SEO
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
  • Asana or similar project management tools
  • Inventory management systems
  • Experience with collectibles, TCG, music, or K-pop

Working Hours:

This role requires overlap with U.S. Mountain Time.

Availability is required Sunday through Thursday evenings (Mountain Time) to support Korean product announcements and preorder launches.

Compensation:

$3,000–4,000 USD/month

100% Remote (Latin America Preferred)

Full-time | Long-term opportunity
