Overview
TWE Solutions is looking for a Network Engineer to join our fully remote engineering team. We provide managed services and networking solutions to a range of enterprise clients. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-to-mid-career professional to grow in a fast-paced environment while learning from experienced engineers. You’ll gain hands-on experience working on real-world network deployments and cloud infrastructure, particularly in Azure environments.
Who You Are (Qualifications)
- 3+ years of experience in supporting LAN/WAN or data center networks
- Familiarity with networking hardware (e.g., Cisco, Arista, Aruba) and network troubleshooting
- Experience with Azure Networking
- Experience with scripting/automation (PowerShell, Python, or equivalent)
- 1-3 years’ experience in Level 3 Support in high-availability environment
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- Enthusiasm for solving problems and helping customers
- An understanding of routing protocols or firewalls

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
You’ll work closely with senior engineers and project leads to:
- Assist in configuring and deploying network hardware in client and lab environments
- Support Azure networking setups (training provided) and help maintain cloud connectivity
- Perform basic network monitoring, log analysis, and documentation
- Shadow senior engineers on larger network builds and troubleshooting efforts
- Participate in regular maintenance tasks such as firmware updates and port configurations
- Contribute to documentation (diagrams, procedures, SOPs) and learn industry best practices
- Provide Tier 1–3 support and escalate more complex issues appropriately
- Take part in internal training and knowledge-sharing sessions
