Digital Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with experience in Social Media Advertising

and Management, primarily on Meta platforms. This role is ideal for a creative, organized, and

results-driven marketing professional who enjoys managing multiple client accounts, developing

engaging social media content, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns. You’ll collaborate

with our Social Media Team to create impactful digital marketing strategies while providing

exceptional customer service to small and medium-sized businesses across the United States.

Qualifications

● Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal (C1 level Minimum).

● Enthusiastic, positive attitude, eager to work with others and solve problems.

● 1–3 years of social media marketing experience.

● Experience developing, launching, optimizing, and maintaining Meta advertising

campaigns.

● Experience with Go High Level CRM.

● Strong knowledge of all major social media platforms.

● Proficiency with Gmail, ClickUp, Canva, and AI tools.

● Superior customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.

● Excellent analytical, organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.

● High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

● Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

● Demonstrates professionalism, sound judgment, confidentiality, and a strong sense of

urgency.

● High School Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

● Write, edit, and publish customized social media content and graphics for multiple

clients.

● Build and maintain customized social media content calendars.

● Manage and optimize Meta advertising campaigns.

● Research client businesses to ensure accurate brand representation across all

platforms.

● Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly analytics reports.

● Stay up to date on social media trends, holidays, and best practices.

● Collaborate regularly with the Social Media Team and other departments.

● Assist with digital marketing recommendations and client strategy discussions.

● Participate in client meetings and support the sales process when needed.

● Assist with digital marketing training and onboarding initiatives.

● Analyze prospective clients’ online presence and provide strategic insights.

● Attend digital status meetings and provide project updates.

● Protect confidential client and company information.

● Perform other related duties as assigned.
