ABOUT THE COMPANY

We are a fast-growing iGaming company operating across Tier-1 and Tier-2 markets. Our SEO department is one of the key drivers of user acquisition, focused on building scalable organic growth through technical excellence, high-quality content, strategic link building, and innovative SEO approaches.

As we continue expanding our portfolio, we are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist who can take ownership of multiple projects, identify growth opportunities, and contribute directly to the long-term success of our brands.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an SEO Specialist with hands-on experience in highly competitive niches such as betting, gambling, casino, or other gray-hat industries.

You will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies across multiple websites targeting Tier-1 and Tier-2 GEOs. This role combines Technical SEO, Content SEO, Link Building, competitor analysis, and performance optimization.

You will work closely with developer, content team, and link builders while having the opportunity to test new hypotheses, influence SEO strategy, and drive measurable business results.

GOALS FOR THE PROBATION PERIOD (FIRST 90 DAYS)

• Complete a full SEO audit of assigned projects and identify key growth opportunities;
• Analyze competitors and prepare actionable SEO recommendations;
• Build and implement SEO roadmaps for target GEOs;
• Improve technical SEO health and content performance across managed websites;
• Launch and optimize link-building activities aligned with project goals;
• Successfully contribute to website launches, audits, and content optimization initiatives.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

SEO Strategy & Analysis

• Develop and execute SEO strategies for websites targeting Tier-1 and Tier-2 markets;
• Conduct comprehensive competitor research and identify growth opportunities;
• Monitor rankings, traffic trends, and algorithm updates, adapting strategies when necessary;
• Analyze SEO performance and provide data-driven recommendations.

Technical SEO

• Launch and audit websites from an SEO perspective;
• Prepare technical requirements and tasks for developers;
• Conduct technical SEO audits and ensure timely implementation of recommendations;
• Identify and resolve crawling, indexing, rendering, and site performance issues.

Content SEO

• Perform keyword research and build semantic cores;
• Cluster keywords and define content structures;
• Analyze competitor content strategies;
• Prepare detailed content briefs for copywriters;
• Utilize AI-assisted content generation when appropriate;
• Review, edit, and quality-control published content.

Off-Page SEO & Link Building

• Audit backlink profiles of owned and competitor websites;
• Develop anchor strategies and link acquisition plans;
• Collaborate with outreach and link-building teams;
• Monitor backlink quality and identify new growth opportunities.

Domain & PBN Operations

• Evaluate expired and drop domains sourced by link builders;
• Participate in PBN launches and maintenance activities;
• Assess backlink quality, domain authority, and potential SEO value of acquired domains.

Experimentation & Optimization

• Test SEO hypotheses through A/B testing and controlled experiments;
• Analyze test results and scale successful initiatives;
• Track key SEO and business KPIs, including traffic, rankings, conversions, and revenue impact.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience;
• Proven experience in betting, gambling, casino, or other highly competitive gray-hat niches;
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices;
• Experience conducting competitor analysis and building SEO strategies based on data insights;
• Deep expertise in Technical SEO, Content Strategy, and Link Building;
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools including Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, and similar platforms;

• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS;
• Experience working with WordPress websites;
• Understanding of expired/drop domains and backlink profile evaluation;
• Experience collaborating with developers, copywriters, and outreach teams;
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills;
• Self-driven, organized, and eager to learn and experiment.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience working with Tier-1 iGaming affiliate projects;
• Experience with PBN management and deployment;
• Familiarity with AI-powered SEO workflows and content automation;
• Knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization);
• Experience with Python, SQL, or SEO automation tools;
• Understanding of large-scale affiliate SEO operations.
