Contract: 12 months (subject to extension).

Your Profile & DNA:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise OT Cybersecurity Architect to define and govern cybersecurity architecture for Operational Technology (OT) environments. The role focuses on establishing secure IT/OT architectures across multiple workstreams, including Operational Support Systems, Sensor Data Integration, and Auxiliary OT Control Room initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Define OT cybersecurity principles, security architecture, and IT/OT boundary requirements across all project workstreams.
• Develop secure architecture standards for Operational Technology environments, ensuring alignment with enterprise security and architecture strategies.
• Establish secure network segmentation, communication, and infrastructure principles for OT networks.
• Define cybersecurity requirements for: Operational monitoring systems, Sensor data integration, Enterprise data integration, Operational Support Systems (OSS)
• Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments for OT solutions and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.

• Ensure compliance with enterprise security governance, IT/OT governance, and industry standards including IEC 62443 and the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
• Define security controls for ICS/SCADA environments and industrial communication networks.
• Support Project Start Architecture (PSA) development and ensure security requirements are incorporated into solution designs.
• Participate in Design Authority reviews, architecture governance, and technical assurance activities.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and provide security architecture guidance to project teams and business stakeholders.

Qualification & Experience

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
• Experience designing cybersecurity architectures for industrial, utilities, manufacturing, energy, or critical infrastructure environments.
• Strong understanding of Industrial Control Systems (ICS), SCADA, and Operational Technology environments.
• Experience implementing secure IT/OT boundary controls and Zero Trust principles.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and cybersecurity governance practices.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, GICSP, ISA/IEC 62443, SABSA, TOGAF, or equivalent are desirable.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
