Compensation for this role is competitive, with a base salary ranging from $75,000 to $500,000 annually, complemented by performance-based commissions and bonuses.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of staffing agency experience, with a proven track record of success in full-desk recruiting. Experience specifically within the technology sector or similar skill sets is preferred. Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems such as Bullhorn or Salesforce is essential. Candidates should demonstrate excellent sales and relationship management skills, along with the ability to meet or exceed placement and revenue targets. A bachelor's degree is required, and industry-specific experience will be considered a significant advantage. Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified candidates and clients. Your day-to-day duties include leveraging our proprietary ATS, Jax, to identify and engage top talent that matches client needs. You will actively participate in new business development efforts, utilizing your sales skills to bring in and retain clients. Building and nurturing strong relationships with candidates and clients alike is crucial to your success. You will also lead with kindness and respect in all interactions, embodying the company's core values. Additionally, you will collaborate with team members to share best practices, participate in ongoing training, and contribute to a positive, high-performance culture. Your efforts will directly impact the company's growth and your personal success through achieving placement goals and revenue targets.
