Meet regularly with hiring managers to review recruiting progress.
Advise leaders on market conditions, salary expectations, and recruiting strategies.
Recommend process improvements to reduce time-to-fill.
Hold hiring managers accountable for interview timelines and candidate feedback.
Maintain accurate candidate records in ADP Workforce Now.
Ensure recruiting activities comply with EEOC regulations, OFCCP requirements, federal and state employment laws, and company hiring policies.
Maintain documentation throughout the hiring process.
Create engaging job advertisements.
Recommend sponsored job promotions when appropriate.
Partner with HR leadership on employer branding initiatives.
Assist with social media recruiting campaigns.
Promote employee referral programs.
Build pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill positions.
Develop passive candidate networks.
Maintain relationships with previous candidates for future opportunities.
Proactively source talent before positions become vacant.
Track and report recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, candidate pipeline activity, offer acceptance rate, source effectiveness, and interview-to-offer ratio.

Position Summary: This is a hybrid role. You will work from the Ocean Springs office several days a week during your training period, has the possibly of turning into fully remote.


American Restoration is seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to help build exceptional teams across our family of restoration brands. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process while partnering with hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire top talent.


The Recruiter serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders by developing recruiting strategies, maintaining candidate pipelines, creating positive candidate experiences, and ensuring hiring processes are compliant, efficient, and aligned with company standards.


This position supports multiple brands nationwide and plays a critical role in helping American Restoration continue its rapid growth through strategic talent acquisition.

Provide weekly recruiting updates to HR leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting for multiple positions simultaneously.
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably ADP Workforce Now.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Construction, restoration, skilled trades, or field operations recruiting experience.
  • Multi-state recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting exempt and non-exempt employees.
  • Experience supporting rapid organizational growth.
  • Experience with Indeed Sponsored Jobs and LinkedIn Recruiter.
